What My 1:1 Clients Are Saying:
Â
"Monica has helped advise me on my feature film which recently had an exclusive partnership with Tubi. Monica has helped so much throughout this whole process developing the concept and making sure my pitch deck meets industry standard...that was such vital information that I was able to take and adapt to my own film.
My second feature I've been working on with Monica is a Sundance Development Lab Shortlist.
I have been working with Monica as my consultant and mentor since the beginning of 2024.  The experience of working with her one-on-one has helped me grow more than any other aspect that has been a part of my career, whether that be taking classes or working with other mentors or consultants."
Â
Â
"Monica's approach is very direct and very hands on. When I was working with Monica I created, developed, shot, and edited my first narrative short film and had her guidance every step of the way.
As someone who was breaking into the film industry in their 30s, working with Monica made it possible to take the leap.
Since working with Monica I have a narrative short film that is premiering at a festival this summer and a short documentary that is currently in post production. Additionally I am working on a feature film script. I highly recommend working with Monica, you won't regret it."
Â
"Monica has taught me so much from finding the balance of honing in on your story but also understanding what the market is looking for to get your project across the line.Â
I cannot put into words how Monica has this ability to instill confidence in me. I'm incredibly grateful to have someone like her in my corner."
Â
"She helped me refine my pitch decks and the way I present my ideas to a client, and inevitably I was able to pitch to a production company for seed funding...and I was able to film the initial principal photography for it and received funding from that company.Â
I love working with Monica and appreciate her no B.S. approach and her honesty about the industry."
Â
"The first thing we worked on was leveling up my pitch process. Immediately after working with Monica, I pitched a big project and landed it. I booked my first commercial spot and the client loved the treatment, all thanks to our work together.
I've worked with coaches before and this was the most hands on experience I've ever had. "
"I cannot recommend Monica as a mentor enough. She's not just giving you a cookie cutter formula. She is committed to getting to know you. Â
She helped me fine tune my director treatment and walked me through each component. She provided feedback that was tailored and personalized to me and my project. If you're on the fence, trust me, just go all in because you won't regret it."
